The following dates are the expected roll-out of the Ripae Finance initial ecosystem on Avalanche.
- Genesis Start = 2022-02-23 12:00 UTC
- Genesis End = 2022-02-25 12:00 UTC
- Tellers Start = 2022-02-25 12:00 UTC and last for 365 days
- Bank Start = 2022-02-26 12:00 UTC
- -> Make sure that you stake your $PAE in the Bank BEFORE the start of the 1st Epoch at 2022-02-26 12:00 UTC in order to earn $pAVAX on the first expansion.
Avalanche Release schedule
The Genisis pools will start distributing $pAVAX reward on the 2022-02-23 12:00 UTC. These Genesis pools will be the only way to be the first to earn $pAVAX. Ripae is a 100% fair launch which means that no $pAVAX tokens are pre-minted to any individual party. The Genesis pools will last for 48 hours.
The Tellers will start distributing $PAE reward at the end of Genesis. These Tellers incentive users to provide liquidity and in turn, will be treated with earning $PAE that can be used in Ripae Banks on BOTH Avalanche and Fantom. These Tellers will be distributing $PAE during 365 days.
The Bank will start distributing $pAVAX reward on the 2022-02-28 12:00 UTC. You earn this $pAVAX by staking your $PAE. The Bank will continue distribute TWAP every time is $pAVAX above 1.01 $AVAX.
The Bond Market will be open at the same time as the Bank opens however buying bAVAX will only work if $pAVAX trades under 0.99 AVAX.
We expect the second Cross-Chain Genesis pool to start around 2 weeks after Avalanche bank has started. As with all protocol launches, the expected date of the second Cross-Chain Genesis pool is subject to change.
